Hi Brad. I just wanted to congratulate you on your amazing weight loss. I come from a family that suffers with weight problems. My mother and sister Christel are both "big" ladies as well as a few other ladies in the family. I've been lucky to escape the "fat gene" but do carry a little bit of weight around the midsection as most women do. I've seen my Mom and sister battle through the years to keep their weight under control and know how hard it is to keep it up. Christel has managed to lose 25 odd kilos and is also halfway to her goal weight. She's been very dedicated and motivated to keep it up. It hasn't been easy, you should know. Along with the effort of watching what you eat etc you battle with the emotional side of things as well.

I wish you all the best and hope that one day soon you reach your goal weight. When you do we will all celebrate with you! All the best!
